Scary...

This was a concept I drew up for a book cover illustration. The story, from what I was told was a scary, thrilling, ghost story.

Steam Rifle

The second game prop. It is an old west attempt at a sniper rifle. This also has steampunk elements.

Old West Steam Pistol

This is yet another assignment for my 3D Modeling class, but this time I got to create a prop from the game that I am designing. The game is more or less a western of epic proportions. The player's weapons can be modified to be more powerful or accurate, and this is a modified six-shooter that has steampunk-like upgrades.

The Rocketeer!

I have always loved the Disney film, "The Rocketeer", and also the comic books as well. When I was a kid, I loved the part in the movie where they show an animated propaganda film for the Nazis where they all had rocket packs. ( Don't get me wrong, I loved the animation and the art, not the propaganda) So, I decided to draw my version of The Rocketeer and fulfill my childhood delights.

3D Modeling Midterm!

Since my major is Game Art and Design, this quarter I am taking a 3D modeling class, where we learn how to model objects that would normally go into a video game. This was my first attempt to model an old-time gas pump and then texture it to look like it is old and rusty. My initial thoughts in my design were to model something that a player would see in a junk yard. Later on, I will post my step by step with descriptions. Program: 3D Studio Max 2009.
